currently coveting: odysseus' dreams

Like a modern day Odysseus, these images are the dreams, the signs, read by the traveler - the flight of birds in the sky; a pile of rocks just so; the trail left by a plane flying overhead; the welcome refuge of a cave; the eyes of the gods watching from above - recalling the omens of the long voyage from Troy, back to Penelope, who awaited her lover's return to the shores of Ithaca.
