travel: altos de chavon

After our day in Grand Turk, we opted to take an adventure in La Romana and found ourselves on a mountaintop village along the Chavon River - Altos de Chavon.  It was an amazing find!  We spent the afternoon taking in magnificent views and exploring the village, feeling completely transported back in time.  It was a complete hidden gem we were so fortunate to find!
