travel: downtown dream

I recently fell upon NYC's Dream Downtown.  The hotel boasts a glass-bottom pool, outdoor terrace and a rooftop view of the Empire State Building to provide the opportunity for frequenters to "have an out-of-body, intoxicating experience." Has anyone ever been?  I'm thinking a visit is in order.
